Yes. The precinct can be accessed by wheelchair via the car park or from Lonsdale, Little Lonsdale, Swanston and Russell streets. Lifts are located within the multi-deck car park which access each level of the precinct. Accessible amenities are located in the Urban Market next to the lifts and opposite Bread Top. 

  • Are wheelchairs available to hire at QV Melbourne?

Currently wheelchairs are not available for hire.

  • Where are the toilets located at QV Melbourne?

Toilets are located in the Urban Market on Level 1, next to the lifts and escalators, opposite Bread Top. You can view a centre map here

  • Does QV Melbourne have a Parent’s Room?

Yes. The Parent’s Room is located opposite Bread Top, next to the lifts and escalators in the Urban Market on Level 1. The Parent’s Room is equipped with a microwave, changing tables, a private feeding room and toilets, including a children’s toilet. 

  • Is there a concierge or information desk at QV Melbourne?

Yes. You can find the Concierge Desk in the Urban Market on Level 1, opposite Mrs Fields, facing Milky Joes. The Concierge Desk is staffed daily from 10am – 5pm.

QV Melbourne is located on the block intersected by Swanston, Lonsdale, Little Lonsdale and Russell streets. QV comprises a series of laneways including Albert Coates Lane, Artemis Lane, Red Cape Lane and Jane Bell Lane. You can find QV’s location listed on Google Maps

  • Is QV Melbourne walking distance from the train or bus stop?

Yes! QV Melbourne is just a two-minute walk from Melbourne Central Train Station which services all lines. A number of bus routes also stop at the corner of Swanston and Lonsdale Street (stop number 19545) which is located directly outside of QV Melbourne. Visit the PTV website for more information.

  • How do I get to QV Melbourne by car?

A taxi or rideshare can be ordered to pick you up from one of the street car parks on Swanston Street, Lonsdale Street, Little Lonsdale Street or Russell Street.

Yes. Smoking is not permitted at QV Melbourne. 

  • Is click and collect available at Woolworths and Big W?

Yes. If you order online from Woolworths or Big W, you can choose to pick up from the QV store. There are click and collect parking bays on car park level B2. 

  • Is QV Melbourne COVID-19 safe?

QV Melbourne continues to monitor COVID-19 and follow the advice from the Government and Health Departments. The health and wellbeing of our community is our priority, and we will continue to create a safe and welcoming experience for customers. We continue to undertake rigorous health and hygiene practices which you can read more about here. If you have cold and flu like symptoms, we ask that you do not enter QV Melbourne.

There are hand sanitiser stations located in the Urban Market on Level 1 and by the escalators. Individual stores also have hand sanitiser available.

There are no phone charging stations at QV Melbourne.

Trading Hours

  • What are the opening hours at QV Melbourne?

The centre is open Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday 10am-9pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm. QV is open on public holidays from 10am-5pm. Some stores trade different hours – we recommend you check with your favourite stores directly

  • What are the Christmas trading hours?

Opening hours may be extended during the Christmas period and will be advertised on the QV website during this time.

  • What time is Woolworths at QV Melbourne open?

Woolworths is open 7 days at QV from 7am - 11pm. Hours may vary on certain days, such as Anzac Day.

  • Are stores open on Sundays?

QV is open 10am - 5pm on Sundays. Hours may vary for some specialty stores – Please check trading times directly with your favourite stores
