How to apply your parking discount

Pay station: Visit the pay stations located on Level B1 or B2 and insert your original ticket, followed by the discount ticket (or receipt for the free parking offer) and your parking will be automatically discounted.

Exit gate: Scan your ticket and receipt at the car park exit gate where your discount will be automatically applied.
 

*Total spend of $30 or $60 must be from one store only from the list of applicable QV Melbourne stores listed above. Big W, Woolworths and Dan Murphy’s discounts will be printed automatically on your transaction receipt, however you need to collect a discount ticket from Harvey Norman or Domayne at time of purchase. Wish cards, Prepaid MasterCard/VISA cards, Big W Gift cards, Woolworths/Woolworths Liquor Gift cards and cash outs are not applicable.

There are disabled car parking spaces located near the precinct entrances on each level of the QV Melbourne Car Park.

Is there lift or escalator access from the QV Car Park?

You can exit the QV Car Park by lift or escalator from B1, B2 or B3 levels of the QV Melbourne Car Park.

Is there pram parking at QV?

Yes, there are designated pram car parking spaces located on B1 of the QV Melbourne Car Park.

Is long-term parking available at QV Melbourne?

What is the maximum vehicle height to enter the car park?

There is a maximum height clearance of 2.1m to enter the QV Melbourne Car Park.
