THURSDAY 21 SEPTEMBER
BIG Change for Small Change
Thursday 21 September marks the ‘BIG Change for Small Change’ charity day. For one day only, QV Melbourne will be calling on shoppers to dig deep into their pockets and offer up their small change to help make a big change for the Royal Children’s Hospital.
To celebrate, the Fresh Take program for the day will deliver inspiration for small lifestyle changes that could make for big changes in quality of life. A group guided mass meditation from A-Space will take place from 7am-7:30am (no bookings required). The party is happening at lunchtime, with free massage yoga classes, a silent disco from Guru Dudu, a roving popcorn cart and a sausage sizzle all happening from 12pm-2pm. If you miss lunch, come back from 5pm-7pm for more free massage yoga. All activities on Thursday 21 September require a gold coin donation with all proceeds going to the Royal Children’s Hospital.

SATURDAY 23 SEPTEMBER
Rawcus Theatre's Fanaticus
One of the freshest productions on the Melbourne Fringe Festival program is another highlight of QV Melbourne’s Fresh Take: Rawcus Theatre’s Fanaticus at 2pm and 5pm on Saturday 23 September. Fanaticus is a wild and playful public collision of contemporary performance and street basketball. Working with young people from diverse communities across Melbourne, Rawcus will transform the QV Square into a stadium, complete with a pop-up basketball court, DJ and half-time entertainment.
SUNDAY 24 SEPTEMBER
Fresh /Take Sunday Picnic
From 1pm-5pm on 24 September, Fresh Take’s Sunday Picnic will include a talk from Polish-born schnitzel expert Roman Dyduk (aka Papa Schnitz). Multi-award winning Red Hill Estate will also be providing tastings of their new spring wine varietals, while you relax into the captivating sounds of Séb Mont.
Massage Yoga is a fully immersive experience with essential oils, music, yoga props, and intelligent sequencing designed to give you deeper awareness of your body and mind, all combined with intuitive touch. Your teacher will guide you through a Yin Yoga practice, while yoga adjustors and massage therapists provide expert hands on adjustment and massage.
